Victoria Police are investigating after a woman's body was found at a waste facility in Melbourne's north. Homicide detectives are trying to figure out how the body ended up at the Epping facility.
Earlier this week, staff at the Cooper Street facility discovered the woman's body while moving waste. Police believe she was inside a bin that was collected from a property in Kularu on Tuesday and then transported to the waste facility.
Detectives are now searching the Kularu area for CCTV footage and are eager to talk to anyone with information or who may have seen something unusual. If you have CCTV or dashcam footage from Kularu between last Sunday and Tuesday, please contact the police.
