Emergency services are prepared for ongoing strong wind gusts and heavy rain in South Australia's mid-north and central districts throughout today. The State Emergency Service responded to numerous reports of fallen trees in Port Augusta overnight, where wind speeds reached 80 kilometres per hour. Gusts of 85 kilometres per hour were recorded at Port Peary. Windy conditions also led to calls for assistance from residents in the southern ranges of Adelaide.
