In Rouen, a fire broke out at a renovation site early this morning. Four workers initially fought the flames with extinguishers and then assisted the rescue teams. By 6:30 AM, the fire was completely extinguished. The cause of the fire is still unknown, but authorities suspect it may have been ignited by welding work. At 5 PM, on the orders of President Emmanuel Macron, Culture Minister Rachida Dati visited the site and confirmed there was no damage to the cathedral.
