The price of oil drops below $ 50 a barrel

U.S crude closed down $2.65, or 5 percent, at $50.04 a barrel—its lowest settlement since April 2009.

The price of Crude-Oil got under the symbolic threshold of $50 a barrel for the first time in more than five years.

Crude-oil futures continued to drop Tuesday after a steep selloff overnight, as analysts said oil markets must brace for additional bearish factors this year, including worries about Greek debt and a rising U.S. dollar.
